As a continuation of my public notebook: I started a new daily blogging challenge to begin solidifying the learning that I’m doing while training jiu jitsu. 

Notes: Saturday July 13th

On Saturday I did a no-gi class, meaning no uniform. Tight fitting clothes. We ran through self-defense oriented drilling. A couple of chokes from standing, a leg lock, and then moved into rolling.

Because it was more self-defense oriented a lot of it was common sense. I did not feel the need to take extensive notes.
