Failed back-take from guard

When performing the basic back take from guard, they pull their arm back to defend. Trap it, and pinch your knees to their torso for the key lock.

Pendulum flower sweep from guard

Performing the basic flower sweep from guard, while holding them tight to you and pendulum swinging the outside leg to hit the 90-degree angle.

7:30p Class

Sprawling

D’arce from turtle

In NS, swim your right arm under their head–swimming to the outside of their arm. Hook with your left arm like an RNC, tighten.

Loop choke from butterfly, turtle, and back
