6p Class
More positional work from guard.
- Open guard with a purpose.
- Practice breaking posture.
- To get their elbows untucked, use your whole body as a lever.
Rolling
7:30p Class
Takedowns, beginning with head pummeling. I took away the importance of standing upright always, never bending the head down. Using your knees to bend instead of your back.
Hand fighting: getting grips on the collar. Maintaining control. Breaking grips.
Double leg reps
