Warm ups
Guard to K guard (keep knee inside), load weight, push body over and away redirecting their armpit with your arm. Gable grip knee and pull on to your chest. Lower to ankle while pushing them away more with outside foot. Swing your opposite foot in, pushing your heel to the inside of their knee folding their leg. Lift up heel hook to swing right leg out. Take back.
Rolling 4x rounds.

Lower to ankle while pushing them away more with outside foot. Swing your opposite foot in, pushing your heel to the inside of their knee folding their leg. Lift up heel hook to swing right leg out.
Swing around to side turtle. Snake arm through to grab wrist, grab opposite ankle. Push through to side control.
Transition to kesa.
Trap their arm with “on the phone”. You can do same side arm bar, Americana, step over for triangle, and swing around for opposite side arm bar.

Warm ups
Outside hand front leg wrap around opponents leg panda roll. Post foot and hand. Stand up with their leg. Use head to drive them backwards. Pinch knees. Cut across with outside leg. Pinch again. Open and backstep. Slide back forward. Spin around to arm bar.

Back take from bottom drill:
Flat on back, swing around to shin-on-shin, hug leg, swim up to back. Hip control and neck control.
Reverse double leg, swimming down to grab around ankles while pushing opponent over.
Hip toss. Underhook from back. Feet pointing behind them in wide stance. Butt backwards. Pull them over to other knee. Stay tight. Tipping point where abs are working and neck is crunched.

Warm ups
K-guard entry into back position. Place bottom hook into hip and top hook into back of knee, bending knee. Lift foot upwards, expose heel. Place foot on opposite side for heel hook.
If they step over …
K-guard entry, they block it by pushing your knee off their chest. Hips up. Grab around Tricep, kick to get grip off. Lock it by the wrist in your armpit. Hips up and swing towards them to arm bar with ankle under chin. Very tight.
