Introduction
This week, I collaborated with my employer to start the process of attracting health coaching clients through her existing business.
She is currently participating in a holistic health program in addition to the daily workload of running a small business and is in need of gathering clients for her next segment. When identifying how I could be of service this week, we both decided that it would work out great for me to brainstorm solutions to this problem.
Within this, I created and proposed an email newsletter, social media posts, a physical flier, and a google form to collect and organize applicant information.
Email Newsletter

Above is the email newsletter I created to market her health coaching services through her existing email list. She currently has ~3,000 subscribers, so I could not pass up the opportunity to utilize that tool.
Social Media Posts

It was important for me to keep these social media posts simple and clean.
People will scroll past things that are difficult to read. For those who are interested in learning more, additional information will be added in the caption–along with a link to the google application form.
Physical Flier

This is a flier that I intended to be posted physically in the storefront by the registers. It has some simple information, and access to a QR code that sends customers to the application form. Again, I kept it simple! I wanted it to be easy to read and decipher knowing that customers can ask extra questions as needed.
Google Form
Lastly, but something that ties into all of the above, is my google form. When looking for ways to create a form like this, every one that I could find was paid or a complicated process. I chose to go with google forms and did my best to make it look professional and cleaned up, matching the fonts and colors across all of my work together. Press the button below to view my work.
I added common questions and a short description at the top to make sure that people viewing from every route had access to the same information.
Conclusion
This week I really enjoyed creating this project. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with my employer on these overlapping work ventures in a way that’s mutually beneficial. It pushed me outside of my comfort zone and I learned a lot through practical application.
